**Job Summary**

ATI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a Journeyman Millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain mill equipment, chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes/drive chains, and cranes to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize a range of tools and equipment, including fork/barrel lifts, aerial lifts, boom trucks, drill presses, burning equipment, welding and cutting equipment, to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor hours and preventative maintenance findings to inform future job plans and optimize equipment performance.
  • Perform tasks such as removal, installation, alignment, leveling, and coupling of rotating equipment to ensure seamless operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Journeyman Millwright or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
