Job Summary

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Louisiana.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Successful completion of arrhythmia course within first 6 months of employment.
  • ACLS certification preferred upon hire or obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • PALS certification preferred upon hire or certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Basic Arrhythmia certification preferred upon hire or certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months to one year's work experience preferred.
