Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing structural engineering solutions for our power distribution buildings and substation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop structural engineering solutions for power distribution buildings and substation projects
- Collaborate with project managers, directors, and engineering team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead, oversee, review, and/or execute structural engineering tasks for various industrial structural members
- Develop and implement best practices to advance our capabilities in structural engineering
- Support physical building layout designs, plans, elevations/sections, details, and associated bills of materials
- Review and approve drawings for final PE stamping
- Prepare and/or review specifications for construction & materials
- Coordinate and/or perform quality checks and reviews for project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Structural Engineer experience
- Proficiency in AutoDesk software, Solidworks, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, or similar analytical software
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm and manufacturers is a plus

Compensation will be paid in the range of $130,000 - $140,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
