Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Private Equity team at Forvis Mazars, LLP. As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax advisory services, tax compliance, and tax provision to pass-through and C-corporation entities with an emphasis on private equity, manufacturing, and distribution, and construction and real estate clients.
- Develop, build, and manage client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
- Represent Forvis Mazars, LLP in the professional and business community through thought leadership and industry expertise.
- Participate in the proposal process for prospective clients and contribute to the development of technical guidance for internal and external publication.
- Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff to ensure exceptional client service and team performance.
Requirements
- 5 years or more of relevant progressive experience in public accounting tax, including technical tax consulting and research.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree.
