Job Title: Homebuilders Specialist

Job Summary:

Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking a skilled Homebuilders Specialist to join our team. As a Homebuilders Specialist, you will perform therapeutic interventions in home and community settings with identified youth and their families. You will adhere to the strict implementation of the Homebuilder's Model, working closely with families to provide support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Perform therapeutic interventions in home and community settings
- Adhere to the Homebuilder's Model
- Work closely with families to provide support and guidance

Requirements:

- Degree in human services area
- Master's degree in social work preferred
- Field experience working with multi-problem children and families
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Understanding of IFPS philosophy and intervention strategies
