Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for directing the performance of nursing personnel, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care in a safe and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the performance of nursing personnel, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care in a safe and compassionate environment.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by nursing personnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care provided by our facility.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
