About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Edgewood Healthcare. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal cares such as dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions
  • Document cares appropriately and follow Edgewood policies
Qualifications
  • Prior caregiving experience is desired, but not required
  • Passion for helping others and a willingness to train new employees
  • Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
