Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the car wash process and operate car wash equipment to ensure a high-quality cleaning experience for our customers.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, explain available wash services, and process payments to their satisfaction.
  • Scrub heavily soiled and hard-to-reach areas of vehicles, and pre-wash exterior areas to ensure a thorough cleaning.
  • Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Keep the facility clean and organized, and provide assistance to customers as needed.
  • Apply water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun to ensure a thorough cleaning.
  • Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans are emptied, and hoses are properly hung.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to display a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Strong ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to work standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift items of moderate weight.
  • Ability to crouch and kneel.
  • Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicles to customers in record time.
  • Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers.
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license.
  • Strong ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars.
  • Knowledge of cars and their parts, tools, and other necessary equipment.
