Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at our Distribution Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of products through our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Operate power industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Receive, store, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
