As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients. You will actively contribute to classroom discussion, participate in goal setting sessions and progress evaluation meetings. You'll demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test. You'll gain invaluable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual salary for a Financial Representative in Virginia is around $80,000. However, with a starting wage of $16/hour and the potential for a $36,000 annual base plus monthly sales incentive opportunity after successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements, your earning potential can significantly exceed this median. Plus, you'll be eligible for benefits and perks, including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully achieve the criteria of the Trainee Program, pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job, and maintain a valid driver's license in order to attend appointments and meetings.
