Job Responsibilities
  • As a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in plumbing, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales procedures and recommending products and services to clients.
  • You will work on larger plumbing-related jobs, such as main drains, sewer replacements, re-piping of homes, tankless water heaters, and whole home filtration systems.
  • You will be expected to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • You must have a proven track record of sales experience, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • You should possess excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings.
  • You should hold integrity and customer service in high regard, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • You should have a good attendance record and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • You should be able to work well in a team environment and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should have above-average computer skills and be proficient in using various software applications.
Compensation and Benefits
  • You will be eligible for a fully commission-based compensation package, with the potential to earn $120,000 or more on average.
  • You will receive bi-weekly pay and have access to a company vehicle, phone, and computer.
  • You will also receive paid training and have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive benefits package.
