We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurosciences Intermediate team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals requiring medical and surgical treatment of acute neurological and spine disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and stable traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, stroke, spinal injury, seizure, and acute inflammation or infections of the CNS.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neurosciences care.
