About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing and administering all aspects of rehabilitation services for our communities. The successful candidate will be an Oregon-licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation principles.
  • Understand federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to therapy service delivery in assisted living, independent living, and continuing care retirement community settings.
  • Demonstrate good planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain a safe, orderly, and goal-directed work environment.
  • Represent HealthPRO Heritage in a professional, courteous, and competent manner as the point of contact for customer concerns or issues.
  • Act as a liaison between HealthPRO Heritage management, home health, hospice, and community administration, communicating assertively, diplomatically, and clearly through informal and formal mechanisms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
  • Oregon licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain valid state professional licensure.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
