Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facility's equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment and facilities as needed to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Order and maintain maintenance supplies to ensure a well-stocked inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.

Schedule and Work Environment

  • Day shift.
  • Evening shift.
  • Weekends as needed.

Education and Experience

  • High school or equivalent (Required).
  • Maintenance experience: 2 years (Preferred).
