Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at Belin Creative Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of our young students.

• Collaborate with our Center Director and other lead teachers to design and implement daily activities that promote physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being in our children.
• Implement age-appropriate behavior management techniques to maintain a positive, safe, and orderly environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive learning environment, working cooperatively with other staff members.
• Dress, speak, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with a teacher in a Christian education setting, promoting a positive work environment for staff and children.

• High School Diploma
• 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility (nice to have)
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (nice to have)
