About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Dillons. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient medication dispensing, including data entry and adjudication
  • Support pharmacists in all responsibilities, except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment
  • Compound medications according to state and federal regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
  • Support non-dispensing services through various platforms and resources
  • Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies
  • Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies
  • Comply with and reinforce all sanitation and safety regulations, guidelines, and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
  • Any previous comparable experience or equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician
