Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Professional Housecleaners. As a member of our team, you will be trained on our Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America.

Responsibilities
  • Clean residential homes and apartments to a high standard
  • Use our proprietary cleaning equipment and products
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
  • Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
  • Driver's license preferred
Benefits
  • Average weekly starting wage of $400-$500
  • Pay will increase based on performance
  • $1.00 per hour bonus available after training is completed
  • Increase in hourly rate to $11.50 after graduation to Certified Professional Housekeeper
  • Opportunity to advance to Team Leader or other leadership roles
