We are seeking a highly skilled Club Floor Host to join our team at the Sheraton Augusta Hotel.

The estimated salary for this position is $44,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and breaking down food and drink arrangements in accordance with franchise standards;
  • Serving beer and wine to club floor guests;
  • FOLLOWING health department regulations as it relates to breakfast, including proper cleaning procedures and food storage/safety;
  • Ensuring the breakfast areas are attractively set up, clean, and hygienic;
  • Replenishing silverware, paper goods, sugar caddies, condiments, etc.;
  • Light to moderate food preparation;
  • Refilling beverage containers;
  • Wiping down countertops, tabletops, and seats; ensuring all debris and food remnants are removed; ensuring all surfaces are clean;
  • Mopping and sweeping the floor;
  • Removing trash;
  • Providing consistently extraordinary customer service, attending to guest inquiries regarding hotel services and amenities, area shopping, events, entertainment, directions, etc.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Follow company and franchise standards and policies;
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
