Cinema Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Triple Tap Alamo LaCenterra LLC. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our cinema is memorable and enjoyable.

• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming movies, as well as special events at our venue.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk, ensuring a high level of execution.
• Process admission tickets, handle cash transactions, and provide assistance to guests with special needs.
• Direct guest traffic within the venue and champion our company's safety and sanitation policies.
• Work collaboratively with other teammates to ensure seamless operations.

• Passion for the cinematic experience.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and execute light lifting (up to 30 lbs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
