**Job Summary:**

ABM Services is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing tasks, including inspections, upkeep, and repairs in an educational environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in educational structures
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
  • Follow building plans and blueprints
  • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
  • Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required

**Requirements:**

  • One year of similar experience preferred; 1-3 years experience as a journeyman plumber highly desirable
  • Possess state plumbing license
  • Possess valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Backflow experience preferred

**What We Offer:**

$34-$38 per week
