Retail Keyholder

GameStop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest service experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests promptly, responding to their questions and concerns, and assisting them in meeting their video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, including visual and operational elements, and fostering guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.
• Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

• Competitive hourly rate: $14.85 - $17.60
