Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As an Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families in the Boyle and Mercer County area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants and their families to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide comprehensive support services to participants and their families.

Requirements:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Bi-Lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
