Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment, including bussing tables, cleaning kitchen machines and appliances, and ensuring the availability of clean dishes.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety procedures and regulations.
• Operate the dish machine safely and efficiently.
• Assist other staff members with tasks as needed.
• Take out the trash and rinse trash cans.
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and appliances.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

• Operate the dish machine safely.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Understand and follow all food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
