About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Ambassador in Walnut Creek, California. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
