You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Your expertise will be invaluable in facilitating education and training, planning, organization, and implementation within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with wound, skin, and ostomy issues
- Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Implement and monitor skin preservation strategies
- Evaluate the quality and outcomes of current interventions
- Provide ongoing education to hospital staff on wound and skin care
- Diploma of Nursing or Associate of Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Strongly prefer 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Preferred Certifications: WOCN Certification
