Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of nine months' experience as a physical therapist.
  • Preferred community/home health experience.
  • A Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all business locations.
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation.
  • Valid CPR certification.
