Coffee Cantina LLC is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing drinks and food for customers, maintaining a clean environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

$14 hourly plus daily tip split (tips average $5-$10/hour), making an estimated annual salary of $28,000 - $30,000 depending on hours worked. We also offer opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks and food according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work weekends and one day of the week on call
• Food handlers card or willingness to obtain
