Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
About the Role:The Cardiac Sonographer will be responsible for performing cardiac ultrasound studies under the supervision of a senior sonographer or physician. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Perform cardiac ultrasound studies using advanced equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac sonography and participate in ongoing education and training.
- ARDMS or CCI registration or eligibility.
- BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Reliable transportation to travel among designated clinic locations.
