We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant – Healthcare PMO to join our growing team. As a key member, you will work closely with consulting teams to deliver strategic programs in the healthcare industry, driving business and technology enablement for our clients.
About the Role:
- You will work on large-scale program and projects within the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, structuring responses and seeking clarity from leaders.
- Responsibilities include project and program management, including planning, execution, and reporting, as well as resource allocation, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- You will engage with key stakeholders, participating in day-to-day interactions with client teams, and provide solutions that enable adoption of digital capabilities for healthcare organizations.
- Participate in practice development activities, coach junior consultants, and participate in consultant training processes.
- Travel 4 days a week to multiple client locations.
What We Offer:
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum master, and/or Agile
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare administration/management, or related field. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 5 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry working for a consulting services organization and/or industry experience.
- Specialized knowledge and work experience in healthcare management
- Experience with technical solution implementations
- Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.
- Must be a resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Locations of Chicago, New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, and San Francisco or must reside in a city that is within a 2-hour driving distance from one of these hub locations.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual compensation range for this role based in Los Angeles, CA, and New York, NY, is $93,500 to $118,500. As a full-time Infosys employee, you are also eligible for competitive pay and a range of benefits, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, long-term/short-term disability, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, insurance (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal), and a 401(k) plan with contributions dependent on salary level.
