Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret customer-supplied blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct inspections to verify that parts meet specifications and standards.
- Compile data from blueprints and record it on data collection documents.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all parts are within tolerance throughout the production run.
- Adhere to AS and ISO standards to ensure quality and compliance.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school.
- 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic experience with ISO and/or AS standards.
- Ability to use and interpret data using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other tools.
- Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or listen.
- Frequently stand and walk.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds.
