Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in maintaining a safe work environment and complete regular observations.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Read and understand production orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and manual handling equipment to move materials and products.
  • Package and trim materials, and move finished products to loading trucks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Potential to learn responsibilities of Slitter Operator, Hemmer Operator, and/or Press Operator.
Requirements
  • Safety-oriented and team player with good communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, energetic, and flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools, wrenches, and measuring gauges.
