About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team at Choice Healthcare Services. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments on patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile adjustments related to prior payments and audit rejected payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Run reports on past due accounts and audit patient schedules to identify daily collections needs.
  • Send patient statements for remaining balances and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Communicate with patients and representatives via phone, email, and text to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Document collection activity and follow up in a timely manner to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable preferred.
  • Experience working in a dental or orthodontics billing practice or similar environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
