Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • California Registration (RCE)
  • A minimum of five years of experience in managing teams, projects, and client relationships
  • At least fifteen years of experience in civil design using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with local agency requirements and regulations
  • Ability to independently manage a team, market to clients, and demonstrate advanced critical thinking and judgment skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Design for electric utilities
  • Experience with public agency projects
  • QSD, QSP certification
