Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, endurance, and overall well-being
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients' physicians and families
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
