Job Description

As a Lead Radio Frequency Engineer at Universal Electronics, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced RF solutions for IoT and smart home products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure RF performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify RF circuits in new products, including PCB transmission lines, SMD RF component values, and their placement, PCB antenna types, dimensions, and placement options.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performance RF solutions that drive the future of connected devices.
  • Measure and optimize hardware prototype impedance matching using VNA and S Parameters.
  • Validate Radio-to-Antenna RF circuit performance using RF analyzers, power meters, and signal generators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience developing RF circuits and antennas on FR4 PCB material for consumer and commercial electronics products.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience developing RF circuits with antennas for consumer products is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
