Responsibilities:
- Provide Outstanding Medical Care: Deliver high-quality medical care to pets, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and surgical procedures.
- Build and Develop Teams: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, mentoring and developing veterinarians and technicians to ensure the highest level of care.
- Mentor Veterinarians and Technicians: Share knowledge and expertise to help team members grow and develop in their roles.
- Build and Maintain Strong Regional Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with local pet owners, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to promote our hospital and services.

Requirements:
- DVM/VMD Degree: Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary program.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a passion for entrepreneurship and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
