Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Virtual SLP, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will develop and implement treatment plans, provide training and education to family members and caregivers, and maintain accurate records of patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to family members and caregivers on speech disorders and communication strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting, preferably with experience in teletherapy.
  • Certification: Fully accredited (SLP-CCC) certification.
