Clinical Psychologist

The Mille Lacs Health System is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for administering, evaluating, and interpreting psychological testing, as well as creating and coordinating behavior management plans.

• Administer and interpret psychological testing for children, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement behavior management plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Counsel individuals and families in a safe and supportive environment.
• Document progress and data in the medical record, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Consult with the clinical team and referring physicians to ensure comprehensive care planning.

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Minnesota.
• Two to three years of experience counseling individuals and/or families.
