Job Title: Healthcare Practice Leader

About the Role:

The S/L/A/M Collaborative is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Practice Leader to join our team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our healthcare design studio, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and developing business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and projects.
  • Identify target clients and projects, and assemble multi-disciplinary teams to pursue them.
  • Write and coordinate proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Attend client meetings and provide direction and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare design and planning.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in the planning and design of healthcare facilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with programming, analytical tools, and report preparation.
  • Licensure strongly preferred.
