At US Renal Care, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to individuals living with kidney disease. As a Patient Care Technician, you'll be an integral part of our cross-functional team, providing vital support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients
  • Monitor patients during treatment, ensuring their well-being and safety
  • Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, cleaning and disinfecting them after use
  • Conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control
  • Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse, adhering to company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients
  • Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
  • Ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency
