Key Responsibilities
- Lead the device assembly and packaging team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of cGMP standards and FDA guidelines for production.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems and SAP or other electronic business systems.
- Knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Ability to organize and motivate teams.
