Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the device assembly and packaging team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of cGMP standards and FDA guidelines for production.

Preferred Attributes
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems and SAP or other electronic business systems.
  • Knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to organize and motivate teams.
