As a CT Technologist at Swedish Health Services, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. This position requires a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with a focus on computed tomography scanning.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of technical and patient care procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner.
- Utilize power injectors and monitoring equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Administer IV, oral, or rectal contrast at the direction of the physician onsite.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
- Participate in a team framework and maintain a positive approach and attitude.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire, or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire.
- 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department preferred.
