DNV's Healthcare Division is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Surveyor to join our team. As a Clinical Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality and safest care in healthcare organizations across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team to ensure provider compliance with DNV's guidelines and standards.
- Work independently to survey healthcare organizations, applying analysis and reasoning skills to determine their degree of compliance with applicable standards and ISO principles.
- Prepare management reports highlighting standard nonconformities and potential system vulnerabilities.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare organization staff to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and provide guidance to other survey team members, as needed.
- Attend monthly educational calls and complete required ongoing training and educational requirements.
