- Procurement Assistance: Aid in the procurement process by fostering relationships with vendors. Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary goods and services.
- Business Process Optimization: Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining business processes. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows and effective information sharing.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for stakeholders seeking business services. Address inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include scheduling conference rooms, issuing parking permits for meetings, and coordinating catering for events.
Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite. There is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position, which may offer a hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a business services capacity is preferred.
- Experience with p-card reconciliation and university travel processes is advantageous.
