Houseperson I Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the casino, including gaming floors, public spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all cleaning activities meet established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a coordinated effort in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Guest Services: Provide assistance to guests with inquiries or requests related to cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Professionalism: Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
