Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser and Non-DOT Delivery Driver to join our team at Carolinas Staffing Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers and ensuring that our shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Merchandising: Drive a delivery truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW) to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manually move freight, stock, or other materials to ensure that our shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
  • Logistics and Operations: Assist with logistics and operations tasks, including auditing and pulling out-of-date or damaged products, and rotating products to maintain the freshest product level possible.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Valid Class C/D driver's license meeting acceptable criteria; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds using an electric pallet jack or cart; strong communication and customer service skills.
