Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Search Associate to join our team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing, and be able to develop and implement effective search marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid search campaigns to meet client performance goals
  • Drive keyword and audience discovery to find efficiencies and growth opportunities
  • Manage campaigns, including pacing and budgeting, and optimize for better performance
  • Work with the analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and develop insights that inform decision-making
  • Develop and launch tests and experiments to improve campaign performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search, including strong mastery of platform settings and capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in insight development and reporting/analytics
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in paid search
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
