Progressive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in a high-acuity setting.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Current licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse, with compact licensure accepted if applicable.
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
