Job Title: Executive Chef - Delta Sky Club ORD

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at the Delta Sky Club ORD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of our menu offerings, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary products are available when needed
  • Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to develop and implement new menu concepts and ideas

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume, complex foodservice environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving exceptional results
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
