At Tel Hai Retirement Community, we are seeking a skilled LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and provide for the medical needs of residents through emergency response, physician contact, and accurate clinical assessments.
  • Direct Med Tech assignments and assist with resident care.
  • Assist residents in maintaining health through education and advocacy for residents with other healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • PA LPN License required; new grads welcome to apply.
  • Prior long-term care experience helpful but not required.
